Once a change happens in a regular spreadsheet, you do not have the answers for the questions above. BestDataTable implements an Audit Extension that keep a record about the questions above. So the process is:
- Click on “Fields to be logged” , available upon request
- Define the table and the field that should be tracked
- Immediately after that, BestDataTable start tracking any change that any user (even admin) performs
- When Admin wants, he can just click on the Audit Log button and you are going to see the table
